Flat Foot Control by 10 Seconds is the only patented full length insole that keeps the feet in alignment with the ankles, knees and hips resulting in overall pain relief. By controlling the amount the foot slides across the insole’s surface, the anti-friction top cover helps prevent blisters, keeps the feet cooler and drier and fights odors. The full foot poron cushioning provides comfort to high impact areas and maximum shock absorption from heel to toe. The 10 Seconds Flat Foot Control Insole includes a low profile arch that provides support for those with low or collapsed arches and prevents overpronation (where the ankle rolls inward while walking, running or standing). This insole is designed to offer heel to toe pronation control and fit comfortably in both athletic and casual shoes alike to prevent the problems associated with overpronation and foot, ankle, knee, hip and lower back pain.
