Orange Light 3/4 Length Insoles provide essential support for both the metatarsal and medial arch yet has a very slim and light design. These attributes help to reduce pain and alleviate the symptoms of common conditions including heel, hip, knee and lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, neuromas, Achilles tendonitis and more. The metatarsal pad supports the metatarsals and evenly distributes forefoot pressure. The medial arch support aligns the lower extremity and distributes body weight more evenly across the arch, and the heel cup stabilizes the heel and provides natural shock absorption. This insert is designed to fit into a shoe with limited space.

Product Care: Orange insoles should be cleaned with a mild soap (dish soap) and a light brush. After scrubbing, allow insoles to air dry.
Directions: Place 3/4 length Orange Light Insoles into shoes checking the bottom to ensure right and left. At first, wear Orange Light Insoles in small blocks of time allowing feet to get used to the increased support. It can take as long as two weeks before all day wear.
