The Hapad Metatarsal Pad Wool relieves pressure under the metatarsal heads. Recommended for metatarsalgia and other localized conditions commonly affecting only one to two metatarsal heads. The Hapad Metatarsal Pad is self adhesive. Sold in pairs.
To use, place pad in the shoe, behind ball of foot, with narrow end toward heel. Adjust for maximum comfort.
