The PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met orthotic features a built-in metatarsal cushion to spread and cushion the metatarsal heads, which helps alleviate pain. Ideal for Morton’s neuroma and metatarsalgia, the PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met provides the perfect blend of foot control, flexibility and cushioning. The encapsulated design with a firm but flexible support shell, built-in arch support and heel cradle offers stability and motion control. Plush cushioning with VCT® Technology increases stability and comfort in casual, athletic and work shoes. The odor control polyester top cover reduces heat, friction and perspiration while the semi-rigid polypropylene support shell cradles the arch and heel to limit excess stress and strain on the feet, ankles, joints and tendons. This insole is easily moveable from shoe to shoe with no trimming required and can improve foot function, decrease arch pain and help relieve common foot conditions caused by mild to moderate pronation.
